• Pregrade for file being submitted to me for processing
• Email me your Calyx Point file or FNM data file with COMPLETE 1003
• Credit report for borrower
• Contact information for appraiser you choose
• Contact information for title company you choose
• New loan submission worksheet

All I need is a qualified loan and clear marching orders and we are ready to go!  Within twenty four hours, your borrower will be contacted and your loan will be entered on Loan Commander for your review.  You will receive all updates on the file instantly as they are done.  All loan processing items will be ordered with details listed on Loan Commander.
